Surcharge for single occupancy double room: 30 Euro

Extra charge for short stay up to 3 nights: 50 Euro
Extra cleaning for the apartment 20-40 Euro
Daily cleaning: 10 Euro per day
Discount for a minimum stay of two weeks: 40 Euro per booked weekche

General conditions:

The booking is valid as soon as the deposit (30% of the booking amount or at least the price of three nights) is received on our account.
In case of cancellation before the day of arrival the deposit will be retained.
In case of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Arrival is possible 24h.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for you from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am at the latest.
Dogs are welcome guests.
