Arrival by car: motorway A22, exit BOLZANO NORD/BOZEN NORD, direction VAL D'EGA/EGGENTAL, to PONTE NOVA/BIRCHABRUCK, direction NOVA LEVANTE/WELSCHNOFEN, once in the centre of Nova Levante/Welschnofen, turn left at the DESPAR into Via Catinaccio/Rosengartenstraße, after 50 m you will find the Tyrol Living on your right-hand side.

Arrival by train and bus: Arrival to the train station Bolzano/Bozen, from there bus connections to Nova Levante/Welschnofen several times a day. Bus stop Nova Levante/Welschnofen centre. Cross the street and turn left into Via Catinaccio/Rosengartenstraße. After 50 m you will find the Tyrol Living&Café on your right-hand side.

Arrival by plane, airport: Flight connections (from Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Zurich) to the airport Bozen/Bolzano, from there bus connections to Nova Levante/Welschnofen several times a day. Bus stop Nova Levante/Welschnofen centre. Cross the street and turn left into Via Catinaccio/Rosengartenstraße. After 50 m you will find the Tyrol Living & Café on your right-hand side.
